The past 2-3 months, for some reason, Green Tree has decided to not apply extra payment money to principal. I am sending in double payment every month because I am sick of dealing with these people. (I had a second mortgage taken out when I purchased this house, original lender sold it to Green Tree.) I am ready to take money out of my 401k to pay these jerks off!
